What exactly is "wedding content creation" — how is it different from videography?

+

Great question. Traditional wedding videographers focus primarily on long-form video — a cinematic wedding film delivered weeks later. Wedding content creators do that, but we also create short-form content optimized for social media: Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and shareable clips you can post the same week as your wedding. We're dual-format storytellers who understand both the cinematic art and the social media landscape.

What is Super 8 film, and why do you use it?

+

Super 8 is a physical film format — the same kind your grandparents used to record family memories in the 1960s and '70s. It produces footage with a warm grain, rich color, and a warmth that's impossible to replicate digitally. We use it because it ages beautifully and adds a timeless quality to your archive. Some frames from Super 8 look like moving photographs — which is exactly how a wedding day should feel.

What is Apple LOG, and how does it affect my video?

+

LOG is a flat, low-contrast filming profile that captures the maximum amount of color information possible — the same approach used by professional cinema cameras. iPhone's ProRes LOG mode records footage that looks washed out on set but gives us complete control in post-production. Combined with our custom LUT (a color grade preset we developed), the result is a lush, cinematic look that's warm without being orange, and clean without being cold.

How far in advance should we book?

+

We recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season (October–May in Florida). We limit the number of weddings we take each year to give every couple our full attention — so dates fill up quickly. That said, if you have a last-minute date, reach out anyway. We always check our availability.

How do we secure our date?

+

Once we've chatted and confirmed we're a great fit, we'll send a contract and a 30% retainer to hold your date. Your date is not officially reserved until both are completed.

When do we receive our content?

+

Short-form reels are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. Full cinematic edits are delivered within 2–4 weeks depending on the package. If you have The Legacy package, your teaser reel will be delivered within 24–48 hours of your wedding day — so you can share something immediately.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

+

Absolutely. We're based in Miami, FL and available worldwide. Travel fees are added for events outside the greater Miami area. We'll quote those based on your specific location when we put together a proposal.

Can we post the content ourselves on social media?

+

Yes — your content is yours. Once delivered, you can post freely to any personal or couple's social media accounts. We only ask for a credit tag when you share publicly. We may also share your content on our own channels (always tastefully and with your implicit agreement as part of the contract).

Do you also do photography?

+

Our primary focus is content creation and videography, but we do offer still images shot on the Fujifilm X100VI — a compact film camera known for its vintage aesthetic and beautiful color science. The result is a set of stills that feel warm, timeless, and intentional rather than overly polished. It's a perfect complement to our Super 8 and iPhone footage. Still image coverage is included in our On Film and Full Story packages.

What if our wedding day runs over schedule?

+

Weddings rarely run exactly on time — we know this, and we build in grace. If you need us to stay beyond the contracted hours, we can usually accommodate for an additional hourly rate. We'll always communicate openly rather than disappear at the dot.
